I employed Public Service Resumes to help make my resume look more professional and tailored to my career as well as assist me in writing a 700 word selection criteria for 2 similar positions I’m applying for.My contact explained the service clearly, was well versed in the public service sector and stayed available to me during the entire process.My writer was easy to speak with and provided prompt service due to my short deadline.I was particularly impressed that my writer used a lot of my work to ensure authenticity and that they managed to cover the selection criteria of 2 positions in one document.I now feel like I have a competitive edge applying for high competition positions, backing up the skills and capabilities I have to do the job well.I look forward to continuing working with Public Service Resumes as my career progresses.

I don’t do reviews however, this review I wanted to write this review. Sorry to everyone for the lengthy review but I wanted everyone to know how great this company is. Especially Beejay and Emma the best Senior Writer I have ever seen. I’m an Ex NSW Police Officer and was Medically discharged due to a number of physical injuries including a broken neck. It took me nearly 5 years to get back to where I am now. I used 2 other resume services who were useless and could not write my resume correctly therefore, I lost a lot of money. I came across Public Service Resumes and made contact with Beejay BARNET. MIND YOU, Beejay contacted me back within 5 minutes not hours like previous ones. I had a lengthy discussion with Beejay which I knew by our conversation that I have found the right company to help me. Beejay, assigned me to a Woman by the name of Emma. Emma is the Senior writer for Public Service Resumes. Within probably 1 hour I received an email from Emma not only introducing herself but organising a telephone conference with me. This was on The Saturday and on Monday Emma and I had a lengthy conference well over an hour. Without boring anyone or that, I can’t thank Beejay and especially Emma for their help, professionalism and dedication towards me. I would not hesitate to anyone, don’t do what I did, CONTACT PUBLIC SERVICE RESUMES AND GET THEM TO HELP YOU WITH EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR CAREER, RESUME, COVER LETTERS ETC.

I have been able to secure a position at State Government Graduate Program SA. It wouldn't have been possible without your company's kind help and assistance. My experience with Public Service Resumes, particularly Beejay and Eva, has been above and beyond what I expected. When I first thought about using Public Service Resumes to write my selection criteria for an advertised Government position, I was wondering how anyone was going to be able to answer the selection criteria on my behalf when they have never met me before. However, from the moment I made contact with Public Service Resumes, my worries were put to rest. Based on the information I initially gave, I was matched with my writer, Eva, who really took the time to understand the position I was applying for and listened to my experiences/skills/professional goals to effectively and accurately address the selection criteria. The end result was an amazing statement addressing the selection criteria which was absolutely spot on! It didn't need any editing done, it was perfect the first time. It was also completed well before the date I asked Eva to have the statement finished by. The best part, and what I was initially concerned about, was that everything that Eva had written was 100% factual based on my experiences/knowledge/skills, which means there is not a single misleading claim. This made me feel confident knowing I could answer any questions relating to the statement during the interview stage.
