These guys- ultimate professionals who respect para-professional's time. My writer Francis made himself invaluable in completing my request. Admittedly it is a team effort with your writer, editor and designer, however my initial contact was with my designer and then just my writer, who has the most personable personality-Francis. Francis completed my requested documents with an amazingly pleasant and supportive attitude in a timely manner (I may be annoyingly pedantic?). He also made himself available at the most important time for me (which may have been inconvenient for him) which I really appreciate. I was extremely stressed and anxious that I may not be able to meet the application deadline (as I was overseas), however, with Francis on my side, I submitted my application 9 hours before deadline- confident that it was a quality application. Something that Public Service Resumes seem to do that other services may not is to use your ‘language structure’ which I really appreciated. This is important if I manage to get to interview. If, for example Francis wrote my responses in his language structure (or Ai's), at interview, it may be obvious when I speak that I did not write the application. I appreciate the nuance. We can all use AI tools, but can you make them sound 'like you' if you get to interview? Do you speak like that? Best money I ever spent! This is the second time I have used Public Service Resumes, and was successful on the first occasion, hoping for the same outcome this time

Amazing service. From whoa to go Beejay and his team ensured I got what I needed in the time I needed it. Haylee my writer contacted me and as soon as she started talking she filled me with confidence that I’d made the right move. It IS a lot of money….if you want to look at it like that, but I’m all about investing in myself and one of the first things my writer told me was that I’d been underselling myself. It wasn’t until I saw the finished product that I agreed, the difference between how I sold myself and how my writer sold me couldn’t be compared. Yet it was all the same information. I am absolutely ecstatic about the quality of my final resume and covering letter. I went through it with a fine tooth comb and there was not one mistake in any of the documents.
