I don’t do reviews however, this review I wanted to write this review. Sorry to everyone for the lengthy review but I wanted everyone to know how great this company is. Especially Beejay and Emma the best Senior Writer I have ever seen. I’m an Ex NSW Police Officer and was Medically discharged due to a number of physical injuries including a broken neck. It took me nearly 5 years to get back to where I am now. I used 2 other resume services who were useless and could not write my resume correctly therefore, I lost a lot of money. I came across Public Service Resumes and made contact with Beejay BARNET. MIND YOU, Beejay contacted me back within 5 minutes not hours like previous ones. I had a lengthy discussion with Beejay which I knew by our conversation that I have found the right company to help me. Beejay, assigned me to a Woman by the name of Emma. Emma is the Senior writer for Public Service Resumes. Within probably 1 hour I received an email from Emma not only introducing herself but organising a telephone conference with me. This was on The Saturday and on Monday Emma and I had a lengthy conference well over an hour. I received exceptional service from Public Service Resumes. I was in a hurry to get my resume updated as there was a job I wanted to apply for that had been advertised a few days before I saw it. I contacted PSR and Beejay was in touch very quickly to set up an interview with Jackey. Jackey was super professional and knew how to put the right content in the resume to have the strongest impact. I was then referred to Meaghan as my writer and she was very good. She gathered information from me over a one hour phone call and I must admit I wasn't very helpful as I am not good with the whole cv thing. She was patient and pulled out enough info from me to write an amazing resume and CV. Honestly it's the best cv I've ever read.
